Surah 114

The People

1. Say: “I take shelter in the Lord of the people,
2. “The King of the people,
3. “The God of the people,
4. “From the evil of the stealthy insinuator,
5. “Who insinuates in the chests of the people,
[The next verse clarifies that the “people” are a mix of “jinn” - which we translate to “gone”, meaning lost - and people.]
