Surah 21
The Prophets
1. Judgement of the people has approached, while they are in dormancy denying/refusing,
2. Not a remembrance comes to them from their Lord updating them that they don’t listen to: while playing,
3. Their hearts are distracted, they secret their supplications: those who darkened: “is this but a human like yourselves?” do you bring derision [we read “السخر"] while you see?,
[The many reading corrections that COB has made to the available version of the Qur’an are being received with a lot of derision. Islamic fighting tribes and institutes prefer to reduce their Grand Book to their sharia, and its Declarations to nonsense,
Where are the original scripts which were collected, which didn’t have dots and tashkeel (small vowels)?, we’ve asked a few times,
But some old versions have been found recently, and those have been the secret property of … God knows who,
But I can assure them, and I can re-assure them, that deception and secrecy will not take them anywhere, and when the Law judges nothing can escape His Judgment,
Not propaganda and lots of money, and nor doors locked electronically,
But this is their time to reflect and reconsider, perhaps they straighten, and so they don’t say we weren’t given enough time … and this is not easy you know …
And neither rival Abrahamic religions want those scripts to be revealed:
All Abrahamic religions, in all the sects and branches, are resisting every attempt to unify them: because if they did unify: their causes, wars and disputes will vanish, and they will have an embarrassment of millennial proportions to deal with,
If they aren’t prepared to deal with it honestly and boldly, and of course gradually: Time will, and will not consult them,
This is the natural course of events, I don’t have a crystal ball, and no angel flies down from the sky to inform me.]
4. Said he [the messenger]: “my Lord knows the say in the heaven and the earth, is He the Hearer the Knower”,
5. Nay, they said: “frivolous dreams, nay, he fabricated it, nay he is a poet. That he come with a miracle like the first ones were sent”,
6. Countries We destroyed before them: didn’t believe; do they believe?
7. We sent before you none but men that We inspired to, ask the people of remembrance if you don’t know,
8. We made them not bodies which didn’t eat, and never were they immortal,
9. Then We made good on Our promise, We rescued them with whomever We willed, and We vanquished the extravagant ones,
10. We have descended to you a Book, in it is your [the people’s] mention, discern you not?
[Addressing all the peoples of Abrahamic religions, this Book has summarised their prophet stories and corrected their misconceptions, refuted falsehood, denied magic, explained events rationally, pointed to the Virtue that is in every preceding Book, and showed them the Way to Union (tawheed) with their Lord: if the people of Abrahamic religions want to be rescued.]
11. How many a country that was darkened that We snapped, and We constructed after it another nation,
12. So when they sensed Our Resolve they were from it running away,
13. Run not away, return to what you were indulged in, and [to] your dwellings, may you question [we read “تَسألون"],
14. They said: “woe to us, we were indeed unjust people”,
15. That is still a call to them, until We raze them motionless,
[This is the predicament of the warring religions of the Middle East. The destruction is brought upon them by their own hands. This is not the wish of any capricious god of theirs.
They want to run away from their countries as those are falling apart completely. As they go, they realise that their destiny was their own making.]
16. We didn’t create the sky and the earth and what’s between them playingly,
17. Had We wanted to undertake amusement We would’ve undertaken it from Us, if We were willing,
18. Nay, We thrust the Law over falsehood, so it refutes it, so it is thrashed, and woe to you from what you describe,
[And this Page has said repeatedly, that if an argument has been shown to be false: there’s nothing that can be done to annul the consequence of its falsehood. The best course of action is to rectify what needs to be rectified, so “forgiveness” can thus be restored and disaster can be minimised or completely avoided.]
19. To Him are those in the sky and the earth, and those in Him shun not abiding in Him, and know no self-pity,
20. They transcend the night, and the day they don’t fabricate,
[If people make it a habit to transcend before retiring to bed, their innate powers of self-supervision and self-correction are switched on …, so while they’re active at day: they are content.]
21. Or did they take gods from the earth that they liberate/create?
22. If in them [the heaven and the earth] were deity other than God they would’ve ruined, transcends God, the Lord of the Throne: what they describe,
[Not only is this a logical statement declaring Universality, but also a warning about what might happen if a local deity is assumed,
People don’t have to look far and wide for examples. Wars, disasters and constant peril: are all the making of the assumed local gods,
Science agrees only on universal physical laws which govern the world,
Religions are yet to agree on universal human values which govern their interaction with one another and the world.]
23. He is not questioned about what He doeth, and questioned they are,
[Far from describing an authoritarian ruler, this is saying that He is the Source for which no higher authority can be envisaged,
As for inquisition for the aim of learning: this is indeed a purpose of human existence,
Religions have failed this simple moral, and enforced their millennia-old understanding of their Books on their masses, trapping them in their dark past.]
24. Or did they take gods below Him? Say: “provide your proof, this is the remembrance of those with me and the remembrance of the ones before me”, nay, most of them know not the Law, they are defecting,
25. And We sent not a messenger before you, but to inspire to him that there is no god except “I", do abide in Me,
26. And they say: “Compassion has taken a son”, transcends He, nay, [they are] revered abiders in God,
27. They are ahead not of Him in the say, and by His Command they act,
[As the Muslims take those verses as a criticism aimed at the Christians and the Hindu, they are totally oblivious of their own errors,
Most obvious of which is the status they give to their clergies’ exegeses of the Qur’an, not to mention what they claim to be the Hadith of the prophet, the Khalifs and the Imams,
All of which are taken ahead of the Qur’an,
This Book has clearly and lucidly refuted their many claims and legislations, claims and legislations which contradict one another, contradict the Qur’an, and generate one war after another, and keep their minds trapped in fallacies and superstition.]
28. Knows He what is between their [the messengers'] hands and what is behind them, they suffix only those who are content, and they are in awe of Him [and] humble,
[The word that we’ve translated to “suffix” points to appending something to something else,
And this is precisely what it points to in Arabic,
To suffix (شفع), transitively and intransitively: points to making a duality from unity,
Hence its many different philosophical usages,
As well as the metaphorical usage which means: to intercede, i.e. to accompany someone,
No one intercedes for anyone, as this very Book has declared it. Anyone who claim to be intercessors should deny their self-awarded titles, before it is too late …
The intercession of the messengers to their people is their guidance to them, and not in any way a heavenly system of cronyism.]
29. And whoever of them say “I am god” below Him, We sentence them to the low world, the same as We sentence darkened people,
30. Do they not see, those who distanced, that the heavens and the earth were adjoint and We burst them, and We made from the Water everything animate, do they not believe?
[Only small words can be used to remind of the Grandeur and Might of the exhibition of duality from unity (ألشفع و الوتر), and the Helium effused upon the reunion.]
31. And We made anchoring [things] in the earth, that it may not drift with them, and We made in it vales as routes, may they be guided,
32. And We made the sky a ceiling protected, and they [the people] are from its marvels turning away,
33. And it is He Who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon, each in their orbits traverse,
[None of these are pointing to scientific facts. Those are worlds below what is being summed,
Today’s Islamic scholars are frantic to prove that the science is all from the Qur’an!
This is like saying: carpentry and masonry are from the Qur’an,
These are skills invented by humans, whether their inspiration was the Qur’an or any other source …
But such verses point to the Essences from which are all physical manifestations. Random cannot create order, and nor can the decisions of a capricious god.]
34. And We’ve not made permanence for a human before you, so where you died so they are permanent?
[In our reading, it is “أفأين", with the two dots being those of a "ياء",
There must’ve been a hint to it being so in the original script: for the first available version to include them without actually acknowledging them!
Another pointer to the preponderance of Judaism among the scattered tribes of Quraysh,
The belief in the immortality of the Messiah has always been a pillar of Judaic faith,
The coming of the Messiah is also a sign of their triumph and dominance in the earth,
The esoteric essence of death in this verse, however, is that of being born in a physical body: where ignorance and darkness have to be conquered before “life” can be restored,
In all the Books of Abrahamic religions: the words pointing to life and death: have each an esoteric meaning: pointing to salvation, or complete forgetfulness and dormancy,
All religions have been totally confused in them,
The life and death of John the Baptist/Christ, the Messiah and Jesus the son of Joseph: are the best such examples,
And since COB revealed those truths some people rushed to pretend that they were the experts and had always been: only to reveal more of their lack of understanding,
The Book of Hikmah “The Letter to Self” that we called the Book of Hermes, that we read in English on our Website expounds the essence of “natural death”, as in the death of nature in life, with all the natural entailments of the ego and its passions and fears …
There’s no way those essences can be expressed with any degree of linguistic precision. They have to be experienced and remembered in one own’s mind.]
35. Every self is an experiencer of death, and We try you by evil and good: an allurement, then to us you are returned,
36. And when those who distanced saw you: they wouldn’t take you except derisively, “is he the one who mentions our deity?”, while they are about remembering Compassion, they are distant,
[All Abrahamic religions have been waiting for someone who will affirm their god and hand them the rulership of the world]
37. Mankind is created from hastiness, I shall stow you [we read “سأوريكم"] [in] My marvels, so you don’t hasten,
38. And they say: “when is this appointment if you were honest?”,
39. If only those who distance know when they can’t block the fire off their faces and neither off their backs, and they are not supported,
[The mazes of the world are endlessly self-generating …
Although people suffer a lot in them: they still desire them …
Abrahamic Books, all of them: called them: hell, inferno, low world … to scare the people off them,
But people keep coveting them …
The fallacy of the oven in which god bakes the people for ever and ever, and restores their skin to bake them more forever and ever, and the fallacy of a paradise of sex and food: are their strongest driver to hell: if the Muslims want to truly understand their Book.]
40. Nay, it comes to them unexpectedly, it confuses them, they cannot block it off and they are not looked,
41. And many messengers before you were ridiculed, then it surrounded them: what they were ridiculing,
42. Say: “who guards over you, day and night from Compassion?”, nay they are about remembering their Lord declining,
43. Or have they gods protecting them below Us? Those can’t support themselves, and neither are they by Us accompanied,
44. Nay, We gave those and their forefathers leisure until a long age, can they not see that We come to the land, We take it from its edges, are they then the conquerors?
[The taking of the land from its edges is the see level that will rise to flood some lands …]
45. Say: “that what I warn you is by inspiration”, the deaf hear not the call when warned,
46. And when a breath of your Lord’s suffering touches them, they’ll say “woe to us, for we were wrong”,
47. And We place the scales: the Balance, till the day of the Up-rise, so no self is wronged a bit, and even if the measure of a mustard seed: We bring it forth, it suffices that We are the Judge,
48. And We brought the separation to Moses and Aaron, Light and remembrance to the refuging ones,
[COB takes this verse as an allusion to that Muhammad and Ali were the incarnations of Moses and Aaron.]
49. Those who fear their Lord in the Unseen, and they are of the Hour apprehensive,
50. And this is a Blessed Remembrance that We descended, are you of it deniers?
51. And We gave Abraham his direction from before and We were of him well-informed,
52. When he said to his people: “what are those idols to which you pilgrim?”,
53. They said: “we found our fathers worshippers of them”,
54. Said he: “you and your fathers have been in a distancing misguidance”,
55. Said they: “have you come to us with truth or are you just a player?”,
56. Said he: “no, your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth that He split, and I am of this indeed a witness,
57. “And by God, I shall abash your statues after you turn back away”,
58. So We rendered them shattered except their biggest, for they might return to it,
59. Said they: “who inflicted this on our gods is a wrong doer”,
60. Said they: “we heard a young man mentioning them, he is said to be Abraham”,
61. Said they: “bring him forth in full view of the people, may they witness”,
62. Said they: “was it you who did this to our gods, Abraham?”,
63. Said he: “no, but it was the biggest one, do ask them if they can utter a speech?”,
64. So they returned to themselves and they said: “that it was you who are wrong”,
65. Then they lowered [we read “نَكَسوا"] their heads, they [their heads, as we read “عَلِمَتْ"] knew those do not speak,
[This recount of events is meant to point to the Reference: in oneself and one’s own head,
But even as we read it correctly: the believers in knowledge being presented on a silver platter: will still be unnoticing!
Hence it is a remembrance, and not a set of commands.
And as this differs from another recount of Abraham’s rebellion against his pagan people: it shows that Abraham was indeed reincarnated a number of times in pagan nations, to guide them to a logical understanding of the world and to stop worshipping stones: however glorified in their belief they might be.]
66. Said he [Abraham]: “do you worship below God what benefits you nothing and harms you not?
67. “Aargh, you and what you worship below God, discern you not?”
68. They said: “burn him! Support your gods, if you were willing”,
69. We said; “O fire, be cold and peaceful on Abraham”,
70. And they plotted against him, so We made them the worst losers,
71. And We rescued him and Lott: to the land that We sanctified for the people,
72. And We bestowed on him Isaac and Jacob as a bounty, and We made both righteous,
73. And We made them aims/imams, guiding by Our Command, and We inspired to them the deeds of good, the uphold of the prayer, the performance of the purification, and they were in Us abiders,
[In COB’s reading, the mention of Lott in this instance is only meant to point out that Abraham was an incarnation of Lott,
The story of Sodom and Gomorrah as recounted in the Bible and the Qur’an refers to a time cycle preceding the current one …
Archeological evidence to the presence of such civilisations does exist, in the south of Asia … extending from Australasia to the Middle East … and of course in South America,
Academia as well as religious institutes, however, want to stick to the narrative that human civilisations, and indeed human existence, are only a few thousand years old.
Then the mention of Isaac and Jacob, excluding Ismael, points to nowadays Judaism, being the lineage of Isaac and Jacob, giving ammunition to the Jewish view that only their lineage is the righteous religion of god,
Ismael, however, gets many citations in other Surah’s, alongside Abraham, and indeed Isaac …!
Then the mention of Imran features in the Surah that was given the title “The House of Imran”,
COB sees that Imran is none but the son of Abraham who is known in the Hebrew Bible by the name of Zimran,
Why Jewish authorities decided to give his history little or no attention: is a question that only Jewish historians might be able to answer …
From this apparent inconsistency of documentation, one can only come to the conclusion that it was mainly tribal rivalry between the different descendants of Abraham: that led to it …
COB has been arguing all along that the lineage of the many religious groups of the Middle East, and those who migrated in the past from the Middle East to other parts of the world: is of no relevance today, whatsoever,
People have been mingling with one another by way of resettlement and migration, religious conversion, inter-religious marriage and “illegal” conception … during war and peace times …: the melting pot of religions and tribal lines that is thus the Middle East: makes it impossible to say by any degree of certainty: which group or which religion today are descendants of which son of Abraham … or whomever else – as it should be remembered that Abraham cannot be supposed to be an “Adam” factor from whom the entire population of the Middle East have descended …
And since the invention of the technology of DNA scanning … some Middle Eastern groups have been disappointed by the inconclusive results that the scan of their DNA has revealed …
I can imagine how ecstatic they all would’ve been if their theories about their origins were confirmed …
The chemistry has disappointed everyone and always will …
People’s character and their rank of spiritual awareness are not dictated at the present by their genes …
Time seems to break conventional beliefs about racial privilege frequently … so people do not get too comfortable with their reliance on their genes: as a guarantee of their salvation, or at least as a mitigating factor in their end-of-days trials: since god would remit them in “holy bodies” only if their souls are of angelic origins …
All humanity is God’s children …
"Our Father in the Heavens Glorious be Thy Name",
Only manmade gods create bad people in order to punish them,
Those are the gods of human ill-intents and wishes.]
74. And Lott, We gave him rulership and knowledge, We rescued him from the country that used to commit obscenities, they were indeed a people of ill, they were aberrant,
75. And We ushered him into Our Compassion, is he of the righteous ones,
76. And Noah, when he called out before, so We responded to him. And We rescued him and his people from the great malignancy,
77. And We rescued him from the people who falsified Our Paragons, they were indeed a people of evil, so We drowned them all,
[COB has argued the existence to two personalities by the name of Noah:
Perhaps a flood of some sort or another of an entire civilisation, or in fact of the entire humanity; has occurred a few times …
Old Hebrew texts have a number (I reckon) of such stories …
The one Noah referred to in this instance is a messenger who was warned to warn the people about the imminent sinking of an entire planetary system, which had a different structure from the current one, and is perhaps a great grandfather of it …
Entire planets, in the form of islands floating on Helium and orbiting Jupiter, Saturn … and perhaps the sun … were devoured by the gravity of the sun and the dense matter around it …
New planets were thus born spherical, orbiting the sun, and the light of Jupiter and Saturn were dimmed …
As for Noah, who built a ship to escape the drowning of Atlantis …: this is a recent event by comparison. Noah of this verse refers to the former one in COB’s view]
78. And David and Solomon, as they govern growth/production, as people’s assets were inflated, and We were to their governance Witness,
79. So We educated Solomon, and We gave both rulership and knowledge, and We appointed the mountains to transcend with David, and the flyers, and We were thus Accomplishers,
80. And We taught him the craftsmanship of a garment for you to guard yourselves [addressing the people] from your own ruthlessness, are you thankful?
81. And to Solomon: the gusty wind/spirit, blowing, by his command, to the earth, which We sanctified, and We were of everything Knowers,
82. And of the demons are the ones which [make things] intricate [we read “يعوّصون"] for him and perform tasks below that, and We were of them protectors,
[David and Solomon are often mentioned together, not only because they were father and son, but in most their comings they are together,
None of this narration is meant to portray supernatural beings and powers, but indeed natural and spiritual knowledge, which was no less intricate than the building of the Temple of Ba’albeck, the Temple of Solomon, The House of God that is in Bakkah, mentioned in the Qur’an,
The complexity and indeed the miracle of whose building is only now starting to be revealed by alternative archeologists,
Although no one has admitted yet that Ba’albeck is the Temple of Solomon, I am confident that archeological evidence will surface soon, and perhaps it is here already, hidden by all sides of religions and politics,
The demons were none but skilled craftsmen and masons, led by their then King Hiram,
Theories have emerged that the megalithic foundations of the Temple had perhaps been there from a previous time cycle,
COB has always argued that the architectural style of the Temple was not Roman, but it was Hiram’s masons who took that style to Rome; even the alphabet, which became later the established Latin alphabet.]
83. And Job, when he called out to his Lord “that ill has touched me, and Thou art the Compassion of the Compassionate”,
84. So We responded to him, and We removed what he had of ill, and We brought to him his family and like people with them, of compassion from Us, and a remembrance to the abiders [in Us],
[Job is no one but one of the previous two, their memories can overlap …]
85. And Ismael, Idris and the one of the Guarantee, each [was] of the forbearing ones,
86. And We ushered them into Our Compassion, that they are of the righteous ones,
[The name Idris has intrigued me …
I would love to take a look at the original scripts, to work what it was meant to be …
There’s no similar name in the Hebrew or Aramaic Texts …
How Islamic scholars came to the conclusion that it is Enoch … remains to be investigated …!
The name came only twice in the Qur’an: in Mary, 19:56, and in verse 85 of this Surah,
In both cases, the name has come next to Ismael,
Which leads me to think that it is referring to the same soul,
And in another Surah, the mention of Ismael came also next to Dhu ‘lkafal, which we read “ذو الكَفَل”, who we argue to be Paul the Apostle, the founder of institutionalised Christianity …, who COB argues to have been the incarnation of Jesus the son of Joseph.]
87. And the one of the Enneads, when he went angry, thinking that We are incapable over him, so he called out in the dark: “that there is not a god but Thee, transcend Thou, I was indeed darkened”,
88. So We responded to him, and We rescued him from agony, and thus We rescue the believers,
[The one of the Enneads, or the ennea, meaning nine in Greek: is no one but Plotinus.]
89. And Zakaraya, when he called out to his lord: “my Lord leave me not solitary, and Thou art the Best of all the Inheritors”,
90. So We responded to him and We bestowed Johan onto him, and We reformed his pair for him, they used to hasten in the good and invoke Us of want and fear, and they were in Awe of Us,
91. And the one who fortressed her gap, so We blew in it from Our Spirit, and We made her and her son a Paragon to the two worlds,
[Another word which has multiple layers of meanings:
The word “فرج" doesn't mean only vagina,
In another verse men are also instructed to guard their “gaps”!
Islamic scholars were quick to interpret this is every gap in the human body …
So to what extent should this be taken?
Traditionally women veiled their heads and covered their arms and legs … in Christian and Judaic traditions as well …
Also in other Middle Eastern traditions, such as the Kurdish, Persian …, the speakers of non-Semitic languages, the people of non-Abrahamic lineage: veiling is known historically to have been practised, prior to Islam …
The “gap” in mainstream Islam, however, can be taken to extremes, to include neck, ears … even eyes …
Hence the many styles of hijab, and indeed the controversial ones …
At the esoteric level, the “gap” that everyone has, whether male or female, young or old …: is their distance from their Creator …
Guarding it from intruders who want to play the role of a creator, or an agent of him and a speaker on his behalf …: is what this Message, and indeed all Abrahamic Messages: are about …
By reducing the essence of such verses to physical objects: Islamic interpreters have not educated their followers in guarding “their gaps” … but indeed left their doors wide open for charlatans to jump into them, to distract the people with rules of behaviour which have not made them wiser, cleverer or more virtuous than other people by any measure …
The real issue of moral, mindful and spiritual development … that is the purpose of every Message: has thus been totally neglected …
Wars are now being fought between them …: the style of hijab being one aspect of the different interpretations of the Book,
Rivalry between the Superpowers, and their attempts to control the biggest oil fields and the traditional silk road … cannot be blamed for the inadequacy of Islamic scholars,
On the other hand, the mockery of Islamic traditions that other Abrahamic religions arrogantly display: will not help neither the Muslims, nor non-Muslims: to live in peace and harmony in that or any other part of the world,
Hence, please read carefully and thoughtfully this next grand verse:]
92. That this is your nation, one nation, and I am your Lord, in Me do abide,
93. They broke up their aim between themselves [in many religions and sects], all are returning to Us,
94. Whosoever does good deeds while believing: no loss is on his pursuit, and We are to him closing up [we read “كاثبون"],
[It is only God who judges. No one in the heaves will take any religious authority’s opinion on who did good who did bad,
But people’s deeds in the world often speak for themselves, and their words reveal the content of their minds,
I hope that Muslims take heed to this, and focus on reforming themselves before waging wars on one another and on other religions, on behalf of their gods …
Perhaps this will help them find out where they fit in the next verses.]
95. And [the closing up in the previous verse] is forbidden to a country that We destroyed, that they don’t return,
96. So that when Yagog and Magog has opened up, and they are from every slope sneaking,
97. And the time has approached, the Law, then they are fixated: the visions of those who distanced to Our paragons: "we were in dormancy about this, nay we were darkened",
98. That you and what you worship below God is the firewood of the low world, you are to it headed,
99. If these were gods [as you claim], they wouldn’t have come to it, they are all in it eternally,
100. In it they have a breath, in it they hear none,
101. That those to whom the radiance of Ours foreran: those are from it by far removed,
102. They hear not its noise while they are in what their selves covet eternally,
[Yet another test of what your selves conceal, worded in a way to give you two layers of meanings: which one did you choose?
Islamic interpreters were too quick to choose what their selves covet,
Other Abrahamic religions take it as another verse of nonsense, as they say, while claiming to be exclusively people of faith and Union,
So I’ll leave to the reader to figure out whether having what the ego covets is a reward or a punishment.]
103. The great fear drives them not out, the angels receive them: “this is the day you were promised”,
[It's been said several times on COB, if you went to the high worlds you’ll panic, and you’ll be crying loud wanting a way out,
And it’s been said in this very Book, if you knew the unseen, you’d prefer the actual,
High worlds can be perceived only by highly developed minds, and the salvation all Abrahamic religions dream of is none but a place like theirs, without the rivals and the enemies …, where there’s only their language, their tribes, their religion and traditions …
Although making sex and an unlimited supply of food the purpose of life reveals a very primitive understanding of their humanity: the Muslims, however, have gone only a number of steps lower than other Abrahamic religions.]
104. The day We fold the sky like the hardcover folds the books, as We began the first creation We iterate it, a promise that is due on Us that We are indeed carrying out,
105. And We wrote in the Talmud after the remembrance that the earth will be bequeathed to My righteous abiders,
106. That in this is a declaration to a people who take an abode,
107. We sent you [Gabriel the messenger] only as Compassion to the worlds,
108. Say: “that what is inspired to me is that your God is One God, are you surrendering?”,
109. If they turn away say: “I’ve communicated aurally to you equally, I know not if this is near or far: what you’ve been promised,
[Time goes in cycles, and cycles of cycles … to many levels …
The understanding of it in terms of the here and the hereafter of Abrahamic religions is simplistic, and applies only to a short period not exceeding six or seven thousand years.]
110. That He knows the loud of the says, and knows He what you silence,
[A new kind of wave of delusion that is being spread by what you can call New Age religions and philosophies: that people create their world means that they can do anything they want in it, and no one cares …
