Surah 80


He Frowned

 

1. He frowned and turned away,
2. That a blind [person] came to him,
3. And how would you know? Perhaps he is purifying himself,
4. Or he remembers, and it would benefit him: the remembrance,
5. As for him who snubs [the message],
6. You: him you confront,
7. And it is not upon you that he doesn’t purify himself,
8. As for him who has come to you pursuing [learning the message],
9. While he’s fearful,
10. You: about him, be distracted,
[The verses have been interpreted to be addressed to the prophet Muhammad, and interpreters have recounted an instance when the prophet turned away from a blind man, for whatever reason …

Doubt is cast immediately on the authenticity of the Surah, as basic human morality and good behaviour should be well established in the character of a prophet, prior to receiving the message that he has to spread,

Then the verses go on to teach a lesson in the acceptance of people with a disability, as they too might be purifying themselves, but people don’t know …
This was perhaps founded on an ancient belief that people with disabilities are cursed and damned, and in the past the disabled were barred from entering the temple in the Judaic tradition,
But as has been argued on COB, the disabilities that are mentioned in the Hebrew scriptures and later in the Christian Gospels: are only metaphorical of character shortcomings,
So, the lame is the one lacking of will power and self-discipline, necessary for spiritual development,
The blind is someone whose vision is restricted to physical vision, and even with a perfect physical vision some are incapable of noticing the marvels of the world, and go on looking for food and watching out for enemies,
And the leper is someone who’s attached to the pleasures of the skin …

With this in mind, it becomes clear that the supposed verses aren’t correcting the misconception of physical disabilities that, in the case of Christianity, was the basis for believing in Jesus’s physical healing miracles,

Then the verses go on to tell the prophet that “you never know”, perhaps the blind is in the process of purifying himself,
If a person needs to be taught such self-evidence: one can’t but wonder how he’s supposed to grasp a message that is of the highest standard of human morality …
Then the verses go on to say to the prophet to confront the one who turns away from the message, and to be distracted or turned away from the one who accepts it …!
This puts the message immediately in the category of political alliances …:
As it contradicts its own teaching: how would you know?

In all the verses of the Qur’an which call the people to believe: it is clear and unequivocal that belief: firstly, is not compellable, and secondly it is not for human judgement,

There’s not an esoteric layer behind or between the words of those verses, and they fall in the same context of doubtful previous ones that COB has pointed out before,

And as the Surah progresses, it will be clearer how the style and the borrowing of Qur’anic verses have been used to insert teaching aimed at creating divisions between Arab tribes, and polarising them around certain personalities …

Some wanted to take on the challenge of “bring one Surah similar” that came in the Qur’an, and in their self-conceit, they thought they did, but their repudiation of the Qur’an has resulted in wars and bloodshed that the Islamic world is still to recover from …
But the fact that all denominations of Islam have accepted those verses: tells that they are all subscribers to political religion, whereby each sect or party claims to know the religion better, and hence give themselves the right to “confront” others …]

11. Nay, this is a reminder,
12. Whoever will, may remember it,
13. In pages that are honoured,
14. Elevated and purified,
15. By the hands of travelers/exposers [?],
16. Honoured and faithful,
17. That he be killed: man; how unfaithful is he,
18. Of what thing did He create him?
19. From a drop He created him and destined/measured him,
20. Then to the pathway He eased him,
21. Then he deadened him and buried him,
22. Then when He will, he spreads/resurrect him,
[Those last two verses are confirming the long-held belief of Abrahamic religions in the arrest of the soul in the grave after death, until resurrection day,
The Qur’an rejects this notion and teaches the truth of reincarnation, albeit in an esoteric manner,
But it seems that the author of those supposed verses still believed in a theory which predates Abrahamic religions,
The mummies of ancient Egypt are none but a demonstration of such a belief.

If the reader is by now in tune with the existential sequence of essences of Qur’anic verses: they can notice that those verses are hollow and incoherent, and that the grand expressions are used for the purpose of impressing the reader,
This is the tactic of the many self-appointed prophets and spiritual teachers who have inundated the Net with teaching that doesn’t help, but only shifts problems from one compartment of mind to another,
If people fall easily in their traps: it is their problem,
The people themselves have to do the hard work of looking and learning, if they sincerely want to expand their minds and upgrade their moral standing,
The world never stops sending invitations to the people, and Books and sacred discourses are not the only source of knowledge,
No group of people or a religion have a monopoly over the guardianship of the doors of heaven, the doors of heavens are in everyone’s head, if they sincerely want to step inside them.]

23. Nay, He/he hasn’t passed/judged his matter,
24. That man look at his food,
25. We have poured the water down profusely,
26. Then We split the earth splittingly,
27. So We sprouted seeds in it,
28. And grapes and bamboos,
29. And olives and palm trees,
30. And gardens overgrown,
31. And fruits and grass,
32. Pleasure for you and your cattle,
33. So when it comes: the loud blast,
34. The day the man runs away from his brother,
35. And [from] his mother and father,
36. And his female companion and his offspring,
37. To each of them then is a matter for his concern [we read “
يعنيه"],
[If Islamic scholars insist on the authenticity of this Surah and their reading of it: it is saying in this last verse that at the end-of-days when people are gathered to their Creator: everyone has his matter that makes him self-sufficient (
يغنيه) and unneeding of anything,
But one would think that the end-of-days is only meant to make the people wake up from the illusion that they have been self-sufficient …, and that they all belonged to the One Creator of all …
In the author’s thinking: therefore: there’s no difference between life on earth and the hereafter: in both, each person has their own matter that makes them self-sufficient and unneeding of anything …

The people of past and present times who’ve taken the Word of the Books too lightly, and thought in their self-conceit that they can equal it: have unknowingly left in their writings the signature of their delusion …
The Grand Book says about them: they write with their own hands,
There’s no Hand above theirs to guide it …]

38. [Some] faces are then uncovered,
39. Laughing auspiciously,
40. And [other] faces then are dusty,
41. Exhausted by destitution,
42. Those are the blatant disbelievers


 

Surah 81

The Sphering

1. When the sun is sphered,
2. And when the stars are dulled,
3. And when the mountains are carried,
4. And when the pregnant cattle are halted,
5. And when the beasts are gathered,
6. And when the oceans are overflown,
7. And when the selves are paired,
8. And when the female entombed alive is questioned,
9. For what sin was she killed?
10. And when the Books are opened,
11. And when the sky is skimmed,
12. And when hell is stirred,
13. And when the garden is made proximate,
14. Knows the self what she forwarded,
15. So I do swear by the stars,
16. The wanderers, vanishers,
17. And, [I swear] by the night as it recedes,
18. And by the morning as it breathes,
[When regular or periodical natural phenomena are taken for granted and thought to be eternally functioning, people will be shocked to know that there is a time for every natural phenomenon to become irregular, or to be stopped completely, making way for new ones, and a new natural order is thus established,

The sphering of the sun seems to point to it becoming spherical in past gone worlds, after it was just a blaze in the sky, resembling a sunset or a sunrise behind light clouds, causing the entire sky to seem ablaze,

The dulling of the stars has been happening at daytime since the sun's sphering, as they are outshone by the glare of it,

The moving or carrying of the mountains can happen every time a restructuring of the earth, or indeed the Solar System, takes place,

The halting of the pregnant is not restricted to camels and the cattle, but indeed to all mammals including mankind,
This is a phenomenon which in COB’s view will happen in a not too far future, when suddenly all around the world women cannot not deliver their pregnancies alive, and scientists will be looking anxiously for the “disease” causing the disruption,

The gathering of the beasts is perhaps pointing to the people who have fallen down to the lowest level of morality and intelligence,

The overflowing of the oceans has been happening gradually as a result of Climate Change, but in COB’s view, large amounts of water that is stored inside the earth will make its way to the surface upon certain alignments of stars, and after flooding many parts of the world the water will be redrawn back inside the earth,

The pairing of the selves is with their alphas or souls, the repository of all their existences since they were liberated, so they can remember their past lives …

The tradition of burying girls alive was practised in then Arabia, for honour restoration purposes. Although the practise as such has stopped, the killing of women by other means for the purpose of honour restoration has not stopped,
A book which is believed to be a Hikmah book, by the title of “Points and Circles”, uses the verse as evidence of universal justice, implying that the victim of such crimes wouldn’t have been killed if she wasn’t guilty!
This puts heavenly justice in the hands of people and the clergy who bless their crimes:
By the argument: if god didn’t want her to be killed, he would’ve stopped the killing!
I tell them: God didn’t want any killing to happen: Thou shalt not kill,
Vendetta based on recalling events in past lives is akin to this ideology, whereby people remember that they were killed in their past lives and are able to identify their killer who happened to have been reincarnated around the same area …
If the memory is correct: it should be used as a reason to put the past behind and try to establish good relations. This is the purpose of making such memories recallable. The cycle of avenge and counter-avenge will never end otherwise. Only primitive societies hold on to their grudges and make them a purpose of their lives …

The opening of the Books is happening,

The skimming of the sky, if it is metaphorical, it’s about the skies of religions. In the Qur’an and the Hikmah, a religion is often symbolised by a sky: with its star constellations setting the contours of human intellect and natural understanding,

The stirring of hell is also happening, as many wars have been flaring in the last hundred years and many more seem to be waiting for a trigger,

The proximity of the garden is symbolic of the ease of reaching higher horizons of awareness. Unfortunately, this also translates to mirages and illusions to bewildered people. This is how people are separated …:
Hence, every self knows what she has been earning in her past: of falsehood or truths …

The stars that are sworn by can of course be taken as the known celestial objects, but bear in mind that those are only a symbolisation of the messengers who come and go to guide whomever want to be guided,

The recession of the night marks the end of a cycle of time, giving way to a new dawn …

The signs that the physical world gives point to change in human beliefs and views …, each set requiring a peculiar natural setup and a different conception of physical laws …
Those signs do not happen necessarily all at the same time, and the change they sign to can be minor or very radical,
The cycle of cycles of cycles … of time: is beyond human beliefs and calculation. How often has it been said in this Grand Book: they ask you about the Hour, say: the knowledge of it is to God …]

19. It is the uttering of a venerable messenger,
20. Capable in the Throned One, potent,
21. Authoritative then [we read “
ثُم"] entrusted [with ruling the world],
22. Your companion is not insane,
23. And he/He saw him/Him in the revealing horizon,
[As in all his comings he achieves the highest horizon of Union (Tawheed)]

24. And he is not to the unseen deficient,
[The Qur’an declares it here again, that it is the Word of the messenger Gabriel that he taught to Mohammad and indeed all the prophets who came before,
His role in the world is not fully understood by Abrahamic religions, although each of them have their own theory about such knowledge,
And although in the Druze belief he is recognised as the deliverer of the Books to the prophets and the Hikmah and the inspirer to his Brothers the messengers, the book of “Points and Circles” describes him as self-conceited and arrogant, and hence deservedly had Satan to challenge him and tease him!

The Logos in the Classical Greek Philosophy or the Holy Spirit in Christianity or the Buddha of all the Buddhas, or the Hermes of all the Hermii or Vishnu in the Ghita … are only a few of his titles across the ages …

And when he is incarnated in a human body, people as individuals recognise him from his teaching, not from the physical miracles that he displays,
The acknowledgement of his incarnation is not subject to any faith in any religion, and people see different aspects and perspectives of his authority, but rarely do they see the wholeness of it: this one is beyond the particular incarnations that they recognise as his, as is clearly said in those verses and the verses which point to him in the many Books and sacred discourses …

Perhaps the best approach to knowing Ishwara is the Ghita, and COB’s reading of it in Arabic is on its website,
Unfortunately, even the Ghita has been subjected to intellectual and mythological interpretations, and Krishna’s Word was thus lost …
And here also, the Qur’an has been reduced to a heathen shariah, while it was conveying the highest ethical standards leading to the highest knowledge …

The knowledge of the Whole Mind is very easy if the learner is capable of shedding off their burdens of beliefs, convictions and passions …
It is the knowledge that is uncomplex, and can’t be summarised in historical events and the personalities involved in them, or be fit in frames or images,
Such symoblisation that is provided by some Druze who claim to have exclusive such knowledge …: serves only as a distraction,
It is the knowledge that can be taken to unlimited higher horizons of simplicity and nothingness, constantly and devoutly, … and there is no limit: for the joy of abstraction that culminates in mutual eyeing …]

25. And it is not the uttering of an ostracised demon,
[Many deluded individuals have attempted to emulate the Qur’an and other Books for that matter, and were able to deceive the less educated and the shortsighted …
Their self-conceit pays off their popularity and fame …
Such achievements are short lived, and indeed carry heavy karmic consequences …]

26. So to where do you [the people] go?
27. This is none but a reminder to the people,
28. For those of you who want to be straightened,
29. And you will not, until God will, the Lord of the Worlds

 

Surah 82

The Breaking

1. When the sky is broken,
2. And when the stars are dispersed,
3. And when the seas are exploded,
4. And when the graves are scattered,
5. knows the self what she has forwarded and delayed,
6. O you man, what has deluded you about your Eminent Lord,
7. Who created you and straightened you and balanced you [or treated you justly],
8. In whichever image He willed, He compounded/constructed you,
9. Nay, but you [the people] lie/distrust in religion,
10. And that there are above you the protectors,
11. Honourable writers,
12. Knowing what you do,
[And this casts doubt on the authenticity of this Surah,
All the three Surahs that we’ve questioned so far are the Surahs whose purpose is to affirm the tenets of monotheist religions,
This one is affirming the belief in justice as dictated by a third-party god, in that he created mankind and sent his prophets to teach them, and that he watches over them to judge them,
The author(s) perhaps weren’t convinced that this concept opens the doors wide to the belief in multiple gods for multiple religions, each of them judging in a different way,
And indeed, opens the doors wide for individuals and institutes to claim to represent this god, in whichever way they word that, so that they can issue commandments and laws on his behalf,
Hence the status quo of the world today,

The Qur’an and all the Books which preceded it: have taught reason and high standards of morality and behaviour in their time and circumstances …
Religions hastily judged themselves as the good people and everyone not following their religion as the bad people, and granted themselves the right to punish them or at least to look down on them and treat them unfairly …
In this regard: monotheist religions haven’t progressed much ahead of their pagan ancestors,

It is obviously the case that the prominent personalities at the time of delivering the Qur’an were disappointed by the vagueness of the Qur’anic verses …, which do not seem to say it in black and white: who is good and who is bad, vis-a-vis the rivalry between then Arab tribes …
The black-and-white approach to solving political and ideological differences: effectively creates more problems than it solves,
Whether by mundane political ideologies or religious ones: the peoples of the world have only reason and the virtue of cooperation to go by, in order for all of them to triumph and live happily …
The universal values of justice, equal rights and cooperation: are in every Book and one would hope in every mundane ideology. They are the values which keep human societies cohesive and functioning, giving thus equal opportunities to every individual to live happily and to achieve their best …
But this has to be taken outside the borders of each group to be applied to the entire world, at the states and nations level,

Virtues are essential and not written dogmas and rules of judgement,
In time and circumstances: the written rules of application change, but the essences do not,
The Books pointed only to essences, and religious authorities write their own rules and laws,
Hence the multiplicity of them, the incoherence and contention …]

13. That the faithful ones are in comfort and leisure,
14. And the blatantly unfaithful are in hell,
15. They attend it on the day of redemption/religion,
16. They are not, from it, absent,
17. And what do you know about the day of redemption?
18. And again, what do you know about the day of redemption?
19. The day when no self reigns anything for [another] self, and the matter/aim is then to God



 

Surah 83

The Overweighers

1. Woe to the overweighers,
2. Who, when requiring to be weighed by the people: they demand a just assessment/payment,
3. And when they weigh them or measure them: they make [them] lose,
4. Do they not think that they are remitted
5. Until a great day?
6. The day when the people rise up to the Lord of the worlds,
7. Nay, the record of the blatant disbelievers is in the imprisonment,
8. And what do you know about the imprisonment?
9. A numbered record,
10. Woe then to the liars,
11. Those who lie about the day of religion/redemption,
12. No one lies about it except every aggressor sinner,
13. When they are recited, Our verses to him, he says: “the legends of the early ones”,
14. Nay, but it is stuck on their hearts: what they were earning,
15. Nay, they are from their Lord on that day: veiled,
16. Then they are the attenders of hell,
17. Then it is said: “this is what you were falsifying/denying”,
[The verses which start this Surah have been interpreted as a lesson in accurate measurement when trading, buying and selling …
But the wording of it in Arabic, and common sense, say that it has to apply also when disputes arise between people over rights, claims and counter-claims … of any kind or nature,

It is not difficult to notice that cleverness nowadays, in all cultures, religions and secular nations as well: is allowed to imply and justify unfairness, in person-to-person relations, as well as group-to-group and nation-to-nation ones …
There’s perhaps a saying in every language of the world, equivalent to “the big fish eats the small fish”,
And without giving it much thought, people defend this as a law of nature,
And indeed, it is,
They forget, however, that this is the surface aspect of natural balance, which gives both the big fish and small ones an equal chance of survival,
To what degree are the fish aware that they are implementing a just law: is a question no human can answer,
All we know that it works perfectly in the given circumstances …

If humans go by “the big fish eat the small fish”, they’ll end up where they are now: where war threatens every nation big and small, and people in affluent as well as poor countries are rebelling against injustice … and the degree of danger and insecurity is on the rise wherever you go …

There are a few examples known in history: when competition between two clever groups of people led to their both vanishment …
The thing is: if in human interactions the big fish eat the small ones, they will thoughtlessly eat them to extinction,
Until there are only big fish left,
Those will then turn to each other for food, and if they are at comparable levels of power and intelligence: their collective demise becomes inevitable …

In nature, a balance is maintained when big fish eat small fish,
In human relations, it is greed and grudge that drives this instinct,
Greed and grudge that end up destroying the greedy and the grudgeful themselves …

Cooperation is the only way for human interactions and relations,
This is a rational perspective of personal and national relations, free from the ideologies of self-selectionism, on whatever basis,
Today’s world events are proving by indisputable example that nations can survive and prosper only if their rivals are …

The concept of victory that is achievable by the annihilation or the humiliation of all rivals: can only perpetuate the cycle of strife between nations …,
For, it is only a matter of time for the defeated to rise again, to avenge what they perceive as past injustices,
That’s the essence behind the lines of those verses,
True victory is the one not built on the ruins and dead bodies of others …, but indeed on a universal foundation of mutual understanding …]

18. Nay, the faithful’s record is in loftiness,
19. And what do you know about loftiness?
20. A numbered record,
21. Witnessed by the close ones,
22. That the faithful ones are in abundance/happiness,
23. On armchairs [seated] they look,
24. It is shown/known [we read “
تُعرف"] in their faces: the vividness of happiness,
25. They are served to drink of a nectar that is sealed,
26. Its seal is a musk, and in this let the competitors compete,
[The wording of those verses doesn’t have an esoteric layer, and the choice of words is not Qur’anic,
Then “competition” is mentioned … to be taking place in a paradise, supposedly a place of a perfect character …
As the “competition” cannot have an esoteric meaning that can turn the verse over to reveal a hidden essence: COB can only assume that those verses, and hence the rest of the Surah, are not authentic,
The reader who is familiar with the Qur’an, if they have been able to grasp the esoteric layer of the verses whose wording have multiple layers … can perhaps note the shallowness of those ones,
And more importantly, the attempt to build a religious order based on the Qur’an, which divides the people into good and bad, and allows the self-proclaimed good ones to judge others …

Islamic historians and scholars will never admit to the tampering that has happened to the Qur’an in the early days of spreading the message …
A number of theories are adopted by different sects of Islam, as to the collation of the first version - which took over a century to complete, of the Qur’an that is now recognised as the standard one,
But some sects do not adopt it fully, and some have what they call the secret true version …

In the mid of this uncertainty, the studier of the Qur’an have only one choice, and that is to do their own hard work of identifying authentic Surahs and understanding them: not in the context of the religious rivalry between the sects of Islam, but indeed in the context of the oneness of the message of all the Books …: that teaches the highest ethical standard for personal as well as relational conduct,

As for the hadeeth of the prophet and of the Imams and the Khalifs, those have to be rejected in their entirety, as we’ve said repeatedly on this Page, since the different sects of Islam do not agree on them,
In any case, their teaching concerns issues of those times and circumstances, and therefore do not apply to the present,
By trying to adhere to their literality, different sects of Islam have imprisoned themselves in the past,
A past which they cannot replicate,
They have the urgent issues of the present to deal with, while they are still arguing how the past was dealt with, by reference to records that are unreliable, in the best case …

The section of the Surah which COB accepts as Qur’anic ends with verse 17 of the previous post,
The teaching in that section is universal, and can be found in all the Books of Abrahamic religions, if they are read correctly, and in the teaching of the Buddha and in the Ghita,
High moral standards cannot vary over time, and the Books and messages weren’t meant to override one another …, let this be known, if people and leaders want to aim for a brighter, more prosperous and peaceful future.]

27. And its mixture is of light breeze,
28. A spring, by which the close ones drink,
29. That those who committed crimes: at the faithful ones were laughing,
30. And when they passed by them, they used to wink at each other,
31. And when they returned to their tribes, they returned amused [by mocking them],
32. And when they saw them, they said; “that these are the bewildered ones”,
33. And they are not sent as protectors over them!
34. Hence, today, those who believed are at the disbelievers laughing,
35. On armchairs seated, they look,
36. Have the disbelievers been rewarded what they were doing?


 

Surah 84

The Splitting

1. When the sky is split,
2. And it lent an ear to its Lord and came close [we read “
حُفّت”],
3. And when the earth is spread,
4. And laid down what it has and abandoned [it],
5. And lent an ear to its Lord and came close,
6. O you man, you are labouring to your Lord a [hard] labour, until you encounter Him,
[Although it sounds that this Surah was perhaps reconstructed from perhaps a damaged copy, the fact that it conforms with Qur’anic teaching, it can be adopted as authentic.]

7. As for him who is handed his record by his righthand/alpha,
8. He [their Lord] will recompense/count him an easy account,
9. And returns he to his Family rejoicing,
10. As for him who is handed his record behind his back,
11. He will invoke ruin/persistently,
12. And will attend a blaze,
13. That he was in his tribe joyful,
14. That he thought that he wouldn’t be turned [to the world that is],
15. Nay, that his Lord was sighting him,
16. Hence, I don’t swear by the sunset light,
[The negation here is meant for emphasis.]

17. And by the night and what it synchronised,
18. And by the moon when it is completed/organised,
19. You [the people] will take a ride, from one stage to another,
20. So what’s it with them, they don’t believe,
21. And when the Qur’an is read to them, they do not prostrate,
22. Nay, those who disbelieved say lies,
23. And God is Best Knower of what they are conscious of,
24. So, do give them [addressing the messenger] the tidings of a painful suffering,
25. Except those who believed and did good, for them is a reward unobliged


 

Surah 85

The Zodiacs

1. By the sky with the Zodiacs,
2. And by the day of appointment,
3. And a Witness and a Witnessed,
4. Be they killed/damned: the dwellers of the gap/valley,
5. The fire of the fuel,
6. As they are on it sitting,
7. And they are, to what they do to the believers: witnesses,
8. And they [the believers] were not upset with them, except that they [the non-believers] [should] believe in God the Exalted the Omnipresent/Thankworthy,
9. He Who has the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and God is over everything a Witness,
10. That those who dazzled the male and female believers then they did not repent: for them is the suffering of hell, and for them is the suffering of the fire,
[A brief recount of one of the major downfalls of humanity in a dense world,
As told on COB before, the dense world was below, between the floating planets/islands, looking down the high cliff edges … would reveal the world lit by fire …
Why was this attractive … is hard for people to see, unless they have vivid memories of those moments,

The dense world was a world of physical activity, that on the surface looked harmless, like a video game today …
But the mind training that it subjects the player to … tampers with their consciousness, without their notice …
A false sense of independence was thus created,
One which resulted in a lot of suffering …
And the fear of hell was thus ignited,

And this raises a major question,
Are the people meant to venture in those worlds or not?
Perhaps the best answer is to say that the temptation to examine and experience them is very strong,
But people can quickly be trapped in them for many lives and time cycles …

The curiosity to see essences manifest in image and motion … is not an evil one …
The effort that needs to be made, however, to remain connected with one’s real Identity and Source of existence: is enormous …, so one wouldn’t become a captive of the physical world and be imprinted by its low morality …

The message in the Books of the Far East and the Middle East is all about keeping this connection, so a return to the Source is easy when “the day of appointment” has come …

And as the Book reminds of such human history, its verses are projected on the physical level and interpreted there as physical laws of reward and punishment …: by them who have fallen down happily …]

11. That those who believed and did good: for them are gardens, the days stream underneath them, this is the greatest achievement,
12. That the impact of your Lord is forceful,
13. That it is He Who begins and iterates [existence],
14. And it is He the Forgiving the Loving,
15. The One of the Glorious Throne,
16. Doer of what He will,
17. Has the news of the soldiers come to you
18. [Of] the Pharaoh and Thamud?
[Hinting to that the known kingdoms of Egypt were none but the continuation of the previous one, now buried in oblivion,

Their ruins have been ascribed to the Egyptians, but those were only building on them to claim them for themselves …
Also in South America, as the Mayans built on the ruins of previous civilisations to claim them for themselves,
Alternative researchers have provided visual evidence to those facts, which many are still ignoring …]

19. Nay, those who disbelieved are in denial,
20. And God is behind them all around,
21. Nay, this is a Qur’an glorious,
[The mention of the Guarded Tablet has featured a few times in the Qur’an and the Hikmah,
It is a reference to the eternal word, engraved on a tablet of eternal metal, the engraving has grooves and peaks, spaces and conjunctions, thus one line of it is many lines, beside, on top and below one another, for the piercing eye to read …:]

Surah 86

The Morning Star
The Walker

1. By the sky and the morning star/the walker,
2. And what do you know about the walker?
3. A piercing meteor/star,
4. That every self, when she has a protector,
5. So man look: of what he was created,
6. He was created from effusing water,
7. Coming from between the Northern Cross [a star asterism in the northern hemisphere] and the earth/the rib bones,
8. That He is, over returning him: Capable,
9. The day when the innermost thoughts and emotions are tried,
10. He [man] has hence no power and no supporter,
[The verses are confirming again the association of heavenly objects with life on earth …
The science today is incapable of investigating those aspects of life,
The methods and tools of science are born and developed in the realm of sensory perception,
And as logical analysis steps in to organise information and make sense of it: a step into the realm of a higher horizon of knowledge becomes possible,
Perhaps Aristotle will be able to coin a new word for this new, but not so new, avenue of knowledge, that uses both empirical methods as well as purer mind ones …
And like science had a rough road before it overcame fallacies and impressions, this one will also have a rough road before it becomes credible and transferable from human to human,
But it won’t be the general mode of thinking, like science is today, until Time has allowed it.

The word that we’ve translated to “walker” or the “morning star” points to both meanings,
The practitioner of meditation, or anyone whose windows of inner vision are cracked, through which they receive their doses of vision, before falling asleep, or in the early morning hours, in a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness: are perhaps familiar with visions of stars and other celestial objects, appearing for a second or two, an appearance which can be comforting and pleasant, and sometimes powerful to the point of being frightening,

Hence the double meaning of “walker”, as in the walker on the tracks of essential knowledge or “the morning star”,
I don’t say it enough, if I said it again, that there’s nothing that you are capable of noticing or imagining in the normal state of wakeful consciousness: that is not a projection of a “model”, in higher horizons of your mind …]

11. And by the sky of return,
12. And the earth of the crack,
13. That is a say of decisiveness,
14. And it is not unserious,
15. That they are plotting plottingly,
16. And I plot plottingly,
[For, the newly born world will only be the continuation of the thoughts conceived and the deeds carried out … in the previous one,
Those, will come back to them to haunt them, not by the discretionary will of a god or by random events, but by the laws of nature …]

17. Hence, await the darkened ones, await them slowly

 

Surah 87

The Loftiest

1. Transcend in the Summum of your Lord the Loftiest,
2. He Who created and perfected,
3. And He Who destined and guided,
4. And He Who brought out the aliment,
5. And turned it into hollow hay,
[This has been the destiny of all the “aliment”, that is the knowledge that is in the Books, which have been delivered across the ages, as the last verse of this Surah confirms,
And as we remove the hollow hay, the good seeds are revealed, for those who still can distinguish between food and rubbish,
If they can’t, that’s a bad destiny that they have chosen for themselves, happy with the promises of their men of religious attires,
Promises which will not materialise,
And if their men of religion fabricate more illusions for them, to make them believe that the promises have been delivered: it’s a worse destiny,
It is another sentence in their imprisonment, until it is completed.]

6. We shall let you [the messenger] read so you don’t forget,
7. Except what God will, knows He what is open and what is concealed,
8. And We facilitate you for the left-hand [the physical life],
9. Hence, do remind [the people], perhaps the remembrance benefits [them],
10. They will remember, those who fear,
11. And will evade it: the miserable one,
12. Who attends the big fire,
13. Then, he dies not in it, and nor does he live [the death of nature and the life of awakening that is],
14. Has achieved, he who has self-purified,
15. And remembered the Summum of his Lord and connected/prayed,
16. Nay, you [the people] favour the low lives,
17. And the hereafter is better and everlasting,
18. That this is in the early/first Books,
19. The Books of Abraham and Moses


 

Surah 88

The Obscurer

1. Has it come to you, the news of the obscurer?
2. Faces then are in awe,
3. Labouring, tiring,
4. Attending/facing hot fire,
5. Being made to drink from a spring that is hot,
6. There is no food for them in it except feculence,
7. Which fattens not and enriches not against hunger,
8. [Some] faces are then soft,
9. About their striving are content,
10. In a high garden,
11. No nonsense is heard in it,
12. In it is a flowing spring,
13. In it are benches/beds that are raised,
14. And glasses that are put/presented,
15. And cushions arrayed,
16. And scattered rugs,
[The lack of substance and essence casts doubt on the authenticity of this Surah, which seems to aim at instating another tenet of Abrahamic religions, and that is the belief in a god who threatens with torture and promises luxurious lives …

The authentic Qur’anic Surahs teach the laws of cause and effect, and have hidden in them a deep sense of compassion,
Those ones lack the spirit …, and teach nothing …

It becomes obvious that the message was not getting to the deep core of the minds and hearts of some prominent personalities and dignitaries at the time … so they took it upon themselves to add text, unsuccessfully emulating the Qur’anic style, which at the time they perhaps claimed to have been given it by the messenger Gabriel, in order to award themselves a status of prophethood or special closeness to the prophet Muhammad,
The religion of shariah, and the god of reward and punishment, similar to that of the Jews of before: was thus born, to rival the previous religions, and to create new allegiances within the new religion …

The staunch believers in the religion of shariah and the god of reward and punishment will not be convinced. It is their choice if they continue on the road they’ve set themselves upon, which will lead them to more of the same: wars and destruction, despair and neediness, and backwardness and stupor …: in the hope that after they die their piety and their stubbornness will be rewarded in a place of luxury, food, beverage and plenty of sex …
But the world turns the skies and the land, and points the minds to different horizons: regardless of their hopes …, and they will be left behind, serving a new jail sentence …]

17. Do they not look at the cattle, how were they created?
18. And the sky how it was raised?
19. And the mountains how they were erected?
20. And to the land how it was levelled?
21. Hence, remind [addressing the prophet, supposedly], that you are a reminder,
22. Upon them you are not a controller,
23. Except him who turned away and disbelieved,
24. For, God will torment him the biggest torment,
25. That it is to us: their return,
26. Then it is upon us their account/judgement


 

Surah 89

The Dawn

1. By the dawn,
2. And by the ten nights,
3. And by the duality and the unity,
4. And by the night as it progresses,
5. Is this a swear for someone with a mind?
[Indeed, it requires a mind to approach those essences and existential realities,
The ten nights of Dhul- Hijjah, then the four nights and days which follow … are open windows to the heavens,
How many times has this Page reminded the people and their religious authorities … but to no avail?
They prefer to keep asking: what can we get during those nights?

When the purpose of life is reduced to a holiday resort of food and sex, that goes on forever …, and when the only evil that one has to avoid is an oven where people will be baked forever …: the ability to think and to look …: is reduced,

And we have self-proclaimed experts in Tawheed (Union) among the Druze clergy, who don’t seem to understand what duality and unity mean … except as nice expressions that impress …
The philosophic foundations of all Abrahamic religions are, not surprisingly, wrong, as they are built on the same premise as all pagan religions before them: there’s a god, we know him best, he created people to test them, then he will torture them forever or he will pamper them forever …

So, the Surah goes on to remind the reader of the civilisations which have perished …
And the destiny of today’s looks ever more uncertain …
With religions waiting hopelessly for their god to fulfill his promises and make them win their wars and destroy their enemies …
And with powerful nations, driven by paranoia, which aren’t prepared to share the world and let different people by happily different … ]

6. Have you not seen what your Lord has done to Ad [Eden],
7. Aram [we read “
أَرَمَ"] of the columns,
[A possible reading is “
الغماد", which could point to the dwellings carved in the rocks, which litter many parts of Jordan and Turkey, and perhaps other parts of the world …]

8. The like of which He created none in the world/countries,
[As more excavations of pre-ancient civilisations take place: the flood of relics is becoming overwhelming …
I believe there will be a time when the monuments of well-known and documented ancient civilisations will be dwarfed by the size and the spread of pre-ancient ones, which are more than 6000 years old that is …
But until the academia has started to admit to the age of such relics: they will conveniently be considered recent …]

9. And Thamud who carved through the rock in the valley,
[Perhaps a reference to Palmyra,
Although this one was inhabited later, during the days of King Solomon, its structures go well before the 12,000 years that many alternative researchers seem to have a consensus on …]

10. And the Pharaoh with the obelisks,
11. All of whom have tyranised the world/the countries,
12. They increased in them [the countries] the corruption,
13. So your Lord cast over them the whip of suffering,
14. That your Lord is ever watchful,
15. But, mankind: when their Lord tries them and lavishes them and pampers them, they say: “my Lord has honoured me”,
16. But when He tries them, He rations their provisions, they say: “my Lord has demeaned me”,

17. Nay, but you don’t honour the orphan,
18. And neither do you urge to feeding the poor,
19. And you eat/consume your inheritance indiscriminately/thoughtlessly,
[Honouring the orphan: who has forsaken the glories and the passions of the world, to seek knowledge and self-discipline,
And feeding the poor of knowledge and moral support …
Those concepts have all but vanished in the Abrahamic religions’ traditions,

Although in theory they survived into Christianity, the joining of a congregation nowadays is none but a career path, and the knowledge provided in those institutes can be best described as rumours and political propaganda …

And one would think that the Druze have conserved a great deal of it …: but the monopoly of secret philosophic studying makes one very suspicious …
It is not a matter of moral and intellectual maturity as they would like us to think,
It is a matter of tribal lineages, allegiance to the institute, adherence to a set codes of behaviour, and blind faith in events supposedly happened a thousand years ago, the questioning of which is deemed an apostasy, punishable by slaughter, the purifier of the soul,

The fear of al-Mansour and his power is mindboggling, especially if exhibited by people supposedly wise and pure,
The true truth seeker is thus left stranded and neglected,
They can find no one to exchange their experiences with, except secretly outside the institutes of the Mashyakha,

But when the heavens signal to people who have antennae that can catch the signal: they do not consult the clergy of the Druze or any other Abrahamic religion, or take permission from them,
A fact the Druze clergy can never understand, because their minds are imprisoned in their traditions, and in the exegeses of the Hikmah, the equivalent of Qur’anic interpretations and hadeeth to the Muslims, and the equivalent of the piles of books other than the Gospels to the Christians,

Their secrecy and their self-proclaimed monopoly of knowledge of wisdom is a sin, paralleled only by the early sects of the Jewish faith …
Hence the Qur’an said: we’ve legitimised for you the food that the people of Israel have forbidden …
Islamic scholars took it to mean that the list of non-kosher food must’ve been very long …!

From whichever angle you look at them: Abrahamic religions have brought onto themselves the disastrous destiny that they are all in,
This is the “inheritance” of their forefathers that they have consumed thoughtlessly,
The traditions and beliefs of their ancestors: are to them god’s commands that no one can question or dispute …]

20. And you love money passionately,
21. Nay, when the land is tucked, tuck by tuck,
22. And your Lord came with the angels array by array,
23. And it is brought forward: the low world: then, remembers man, but far to him is the memory,
24. Says he: “if only I offered [good deeds] to my life”,
25. On that day, no one is made to suffer his suffering,
26. And no one is made to be bound by his bounds,
[Indeed, every Abrahamic religion believe that it is the other religion that is going to pay the price of this mayhem …!]

27. O you equanimous self,
28. Return to your Lord content in contentment,
29. Enter in the abiders in Me,
30. Enter in My garden


 

Surah 90

The Town

1. I don’t swear by this town,
2. And you [?] are settling in this town,
3. And [by] a father and what he fathered/gave birth to,
4. We have created man in hardship,
5. Does he think that no one is capable over him?
6. Says he: “I have wasted money in big amounts”,
7. Does he think that no one sees him?
8. Have We not made for him two eyes?
9. And a tongue and two lips?
10. And We guided him to the two hilltops?
11. So he didn’t thrust through the obstacle,
12. And how do you know what is the obstacle?
13. The freeing of a neck [a slave’s life],
14. Or the feeding of the one with starvation,
15. Or an orphan of a close relation,
16. Or a poor with need,
17. Then he was one of them who believed and commanded one another of patience and compassion,
18.Those are the ones of the right-hand,
[The commandments of this Surah sound good, following the commandments that can be found in all Abrahamic religions:
Pointing to the good that can be seen by comparison to an evil,

Although this is good, it is not the purpose of life,
The Good can be seen in everything, above comparison,

This is a delicate balance of mind and morality, that can be pointed to, unexpressed …
It is every person’s personal observation and discernment,

The Ten Commandments start off by declaring the Source of knowledge,
Then they go on to command sublimating the Source, above intellect, physical objects and petty talk,
Hence, as they progress, they deter from the actions which lead to one’s moral and intellectual diminution, which make approaching the knowledge of the Source: difficult, if not impossible,

The commandments of good in Abrahamic religions, in contrast, prescribe the actions which remedy individual evil situations …: caused by the wrong that is committed unnoticed, as a consequence of going too far from the Source of all knowledge, whether by states and authorities or individuals,
The band-aid solutions of Abrahamic religions to wrong and evil, therefore, have never worked, and never will …
But to the contrary: virtue, as prescribed by those religions can only be exercised if evil exists: poverty, injustice, inequality, sickness …
It is no wonder why inequality, injustice, corruption … are still being committed all around the world, and much more so in the countries which are very religious …

The belief in a god’s arbitrary will: condones societies’ creation of injustice,
This same god tells the people: be good according to the prescriptions of my clergy, give charity, so I salvage you …
How convenient it is for the born wealthy in religious societies: to have a god telling them: if you give charity, I’ll love you and bring you close to me, and make you even wealthier …,
So, everyone, look for the pious wealthy people: they are god’s chosen close ones …, listen to them, obey them, love them …

On this basis of good that is counter-determined by the local evil: all Abrahamic religions have built their local such conceptions,
They hence differ and compete on who is “better”,

On such basis: doubt is heavily cast on the authenticity of this Surah, which paves the way for religious elitism, and the indirect condonation of injustice, and the god who forgives corruption, when certain blind assumptions are taken as faith, and rituals are practised to bribe him, and petty cash and bread crumbs are given to the poor to make him happy …]

19. And those who disbelieved our verses, those are the ones of the doom,
20. Upon them is a fire directed
